Kerri Kitchens and Steven Ochs

Kerri (Kitchens)’88 and M.Ed. ’93 was married to Steven E. Ochs, professor of art at SAU. The wedding, an outdoor fall ceremony, took place at Overlook 28 at Lake DeGray with Brother Perry Johnson of Central Baptist Church of Prescott presiding over the ceremony. Kerri is currently a psychology instructor at SAU.

Catherine Wynelle McMenamy and Zachary Davidson Ross ’11 were married on May 21, 2011. The groom is a 2005 graduate of Muskogee High School in Muskogee, Okla. He played football for Harding University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree. He graduated in July with a master’s degree in kinesiology-coaching from SAU.

Ashlee Dixon and Daniel Black

Ashlee Dixon ’09 and Daniel Black ’05 were married on January 7, 2011, at the Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs with Bill Ott officiating.
Ashlee is the daughter of Cecil and Sandra Dixon of Stamps and the granddaughter of Marianita Rogers and the late Joseph Rogers and Cecil and Maudie Dixon all of Stamps.

Daniel is the son of Shirley Black and the late Larry Black of El Dorado. He is the grandson of the late John Couture of Miami, Fla., the late Hilda Orr of El Dorado, and the late Rodell and Ruby Black of El Dorado.

Following a reception at the Crescent Conservatory the couple honeymooned for a week in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Ashlee is a graduate of Lafayette County High School and Southern Arkansas University with a bachelor of business administration in finance. Daniel is a graduate of El Dorado High School and Southern Arkansas University with an associate’s degree in nursing. The couple will reside in El Dorado where they are both employed at Southern Builders.

Aaron and Viktoryia Street

Aaron Street ’01 and Dr. Viktoriya Black were married on May 18, 2011. The wedding took place on Orange Hill Beach in Nassau, Bahamas. The couple honeymooned aboard the Carnival Triumph. Aaron is director of communications at SAU, and Viktoriya is associate professor of microbiology.
